How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a visit. We walk the property, measure, look at drainage and ask what you hope to get out of the space. Then we put the scope in writing, with materials, quantities and what is included, so you can compare it with any other quote.
If your HOA or the county needs to approve something, we tell you early so it does not hold up the schedule. We work in a sensible order, we clean up as we go, and we do a walk-through at the end so you know how to water and care for the new work. Do not hire anyone, including us, without asking to see a license and insurance first.
